Product Description
The line removal machine is a specialised piece of equipment designed to remove old thermoplastic road markings that are damaged, cracked or discoloured. The machine uses an engine to drive the grinding head at high speed; under the centrifugal force generated by this rotation, the grinding head rubs against the raised surface of the road, thoroughly removing the old markings. With the grinding head mounted on a single side, it enables 360-degree removal of old road markings with no blind spots, making it particularly suitable for clearing markings at road edges. It features excellent grinding performance, high speed, and simple operation and maintenance.
Product Highlights
The grinding head consists of multiple sets of blades, each fitted with high-quality alloy cutting tips.
Utilising a centrifugal grinding design, the blades move along the shaft; high-speed rotation generates centrifugal force, causing the cutting tips to strike the road markings until they are completely removed.
This line removal machine is suitable not only for removing thermoplastic markings but also for removing cold paint markings.
The control lever is equipped with a grinding depth adjustment mechanism, allowing the grinding depth to be precisely adjusted as required.
Compact and lightweight.
