Product Introduction
The self-propelled vibrating line marking machine features a sensor system and a microcomputer control system, enabling a single machine to complete both raised and standard road markings in a single pass. Core components, such as the continuously variable transmission (CVT) drive system, are all independently developed, significantly improving construction efficiency and ensuring the raised markings are precise in shape, height and spacing. This meets the requirements of various road conditions and complies with international standards. The machine features a compact design, is easy to manoeuvre and operate, and delivers high marking precision, with performance far surpassing that of other similar products.
Product Highlights
Equipped with an ultra-quiet hydraulic continuously variable transmission (CVT) system, forward, reverse and stop operations are smooth and convenient.
▪ The microcomputer sensor system utilises a proprietary computer programmer, offering a wide adjustment range and high precision in spacing control.
▪ High-temperature-resistant silicone rubber wheels effectively prevent delamination and deformation caused by high temperatures, whilst the front wheels, fitted with anti-slip treads, ensure smoother movement of the machine.
▪ Equipped with warning lights, significantly enhancing safety during line marking operations.
