The ATM-ZYP100 self-propelled vibratory and spray dual-purpose machine is a multi-functional thermoplastic line marking machine capable of both thermoplastic spraying and vibratory line marking. It features self-propulsion for reduced labour, seamless switching between spray and vibratory modes, high construction efficiency, reliable performance and user-friendly operation.
The use of thermoplastic spray marking effectively resolves the long-standing issue encountered when overpainting old markings, where uneven road surfaces and variations in the thickness of the old markings prevent some glass beads from adhering properly, resulting in ‘dark patches’ (leopard-spot patterns) in the reflective appearance at night.
