Product Description
Two-component spray-applied road marking paint consists of two separate components—A and B—made from two different low-viscosity monomer resins. Prior to use, a catalyst is added to Component B and stirred thoroughly. A two-component spray marking machine is then used to mix the two components under high pressure before applying the mixture to the road surface. Due to its low viscosity and excellent penetrability prior to curing, the coating exhibits strong adhesion. Following cross-linking, it forms a high-molecular-weight film that is highly durable, tough and wear-resistant. Since its introduction, the product has seen rapid development and a continuous expansion of its applications, earning it the title of the third ‘road marking revolution’.

Product Highlights:
Excellent Flexibility
The monomers possess good self-plasticising and cross-linking properties, offering excellent adaptability to both high and low temperatures.
Outstanding Adhesion
Multiple polar groups within the resin, combined with capillary penetration, confer excellent adhesion to the product.
Superior Abrasion Resistance
The network-like molecular structure formed by the active resin during film formation binds tightly with other components in the formulation, resulting in a tough and wear-resistant finish.
Superior Weather Resistance
The unique molecular structure ensures the road markings do not crack at low temperatures or soften at high temperatures, and show virtually no signs of ageing after application.
Superior Light Resistance
Due to the resin’s inherent superior light resistance, the white road markings remain permanently bright white, whilst other colours retain their vivid and pleasing appearance for a long time, providing drivers with excellent visual clarity.
Outstanding Self-Cleaning Properties
Its stain-resistant and self-cleaning properties are markedly superior to those of standard road markings, earning it the nickname ‘Porcelain-Jade Road Markings’.
Environmentally Friendly
The formulation contains no organic solvents; only minimal monomer volatilisation occurs during mixing and application.
