Product Description
Two-component trowel-applied road marking paint utilises low-molecular-weight acrylic polymers which, under the action of a curing agent, form a network of ultra-high-molecular-weight polymers. The resulting coating is dense, rock-hard yet flexible, and offers excellent stain resistance, high abrasion resistance and superior reflectivity, making it a new-generation road marking paint. Two-component trowel-applied road marking paint involves thoroughly mixing components A and B, which then undergo a cross-linking reaction under the action of a curing agent to form a network-structured macromolecular film-forming substance. Unlike traditional single-component coatings, which form a film through physical drying, this system offers unrivalled high strength, high abrasion resistance, high toughness and excellent self-cleaning properties. Furthermore, due to its dense internal structure, it achieves a retro-reflectivity coefficient far exceeding that of thermoplastic road markings when the same quantity of glass beads is applied to the surface. In particular, as it contains a large proportion of microbeads, it retains good retro-reflective performance even after the surface beads have worn away. (Optional 98:2 ratio)

Easy to apply
This two-component trowel-applied coating places no specific demands on marking equipment; it can be applied using a standard thermoplastic hand-pushed cart that has been modified, or a dedicated two-component trowel applicator.

Containing 25% reflective microbeads, combined with surface-applied beads, the retroreflectivity coefficient can reach over 350.

With a solids content of over 98% and low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, this is a solvent-free, environmentally friendly road marking coating.
