TWO COMPONENT ROAD MARKING PAINT
| Specification/model | A.Type B |
Product Description
Two-component vibrating road markings are currently widely used in the road marking industry both domestically and internationally. This marking system exhibits excellent adhesion on both concrete and asphalt surfaces, whilst offering outstanding reflectivity in wet and night-time conditions and a vibration warning function. It is extensively used at pedestrian crossings, centre lines for contraflow traffic, bends on major roads, kerbs, traffic channelling areas, bridges and tunnels. (Optional 98:2 ratio)
Product Highlights
▪ Strong Adhesion
The molecular weight of the single component is very low, allowing for good penetration into the road surface prior to the polymerisation reaction. This facilitates firm penetration and adhesion of the road marking to the road surface during the polymerisation process.
▪ Excellent Skid Resistance
It helps prevent skidding on bends and ensures sufficient friction between the road marking and the road surface even in wet conditions.
▪ Reflectivity in Rainy Nights
Remains reflective even on dark, rainy nights, allowing vehicles to travel safely.
▪ Vibration Alert
When a vehicle crosses the line, it generates a vibrating sensation accompanied by a screeching sound from the tyres against the line, helping to prevent accidents.
