Product Description
This two-component structural road marking paint utilises low-molecular-weight acrylic polymers and methacrylic oligomers as film-forming agents. Its low molecular weight ensures excellent penetration into the road surface. It offers strong adhesion, high solids content and is solvent-free, making it an environmentally friendly product. During application, components A and B are mixed and, under the action of a curing agent, undergo a polymerisation reaction to form irregular, dot-patterned markings with a network molecular structure. This represents a new generation of functional road markings, hailed by experts as all-weather, rain-and-night-time reflective markings. (Optional ratio: 98:2)

Product Highlights
Vibration upon crossing
The markings consist of irregular, tadpole-shaped dots. When a vehicle’s wheels cross the line, a slight vibration and audible sound are produced, alerting the driver that the vehicle has crossed the line.
Rain-and-night-time reflectivity
Conventional road markings involve the surface application of reflective microbeads, typically with a thickness of 2 mm. When water accumulates on the surface, the reflective effect is extremely weak. In contrast, structural road markings not only facilitate drainage but also feature raised points of approximately 5 mm in height. Even in rainy conditions with standing water, the raised sections provide excellent reflectivity, leading experts to praise them as ‘reflective rain lines’.
Strong Adhesion
The molecular weight of individual components is very low, allowing for good penetration into the road surface prior to the polymerisation reaction. This facilitates firm penetration and adhesion of the road marking to the road surface during the polymerisation process.
Excellent Wear Resistance
The cross-linked network structure formed by the low-temperature polymerisation of Components A and B binds the various components of the coating into a dense, high-molecular-weight polymer, resulting in exceptional wear resistance.
Good Weather Resistance
The unique molecular structure ensures that the road markings do not crack at low temperatures or soften at high temperatures, and exhibit virtually no ageing during use.
